The Garage Gallery (20th September)

I traveled to Cambodia earlier this year with Global One visiting World Vision field work, watch this video to see more http://youtu.be/v_Jp0eUV21E.

I was excited to finally see the work that I had been advocating for through volunteering with VGen. I had the most amazing time connecting with 4 local Cambodian youth, Sreyleak N, Sreyleak S, Bun Hong and Emily, who traveled around with us. Learning from the communities and of cause the children. The children are so beautiful but burden the hardship of poverty.

This is your opportunity to help!

I would like to invite you to The Garage Gallery on Saturday 20 September 2014.

Fairly Educated Conference(18-20th July)

This years’ theme will be "Educate --> Advocate", chosen with the view of addressing the partnerships between the facts of Fair Trade & the stories that accompany them.

Fair Trade as a certification aims to tackle global poverty by ensuring that small scale producers receive a fair price for their products and work in safe, non-discriminatory environments.

The conference runs for three days between 9am – 5:30pm. We have a host of amazing speakers + 11 interactive workshops to choose from!

- Educate themed workshops focused on the World Fair Trade Organisation's Ten Principles of Fair Trade

- Advocate themed workshops designed to focus more on the practical sides of campaigning

We've also got a number of networking opportunities including a Fair Trade Market, live music and a cuppa crawl!
